This project consisted of the ground-up development and construction of a new commercial nursery and outdoor retail facility designed to create a functional, welcoming, and visually appealing customer experience.
Following completion of the site civil preparation and flatwork by others, our team handled the full construction scope for the vertical structures and specialty site features throughout the property.
The project included the construction of custom timber pergolas that define the nursery display areas and enhance the overall customer environment, along with a fully framed pavilion structure featuring an attached restroom and storage building. The pavilion serves as a central hub for both daily operations and customer interaction while complementing the open-air design of the nursery.
Our team also completed all irrigation installation throughout the site, carefully integrating water distribution systems to support the nursery inventory, landscaped areas, and overall site functionality.
In addition, we assembled and installed a greenhouse kit structure, coordinating all components to ensure proper installation, long-term durability, and seamless integration into the overall site design.
