The lot had a recorded easement that required creative design and layout adjustments to remain compliant while still maximizing buildable space.

Site-Specific Utilities & Pool Integration

A septic system had to be installed on-site, which required precision placement and coordination due to the limited space available.
Despite the tight footprint, we successfully incorporated a custom pool, enhancing the home’s value for both lifestyle and short-term rental appeal.

Inside, the home features high-impact design details, including full tile accent walls in multiple bathrooms, each with its own unique style and color palette.
